  • with the Vancouver Convention Centre, including floorplans, permits, and city coordination

  • overseeing booth approvals, communications, and load-in/load-out logistics

  • with Levy and AV partners, including detailed schedules and complex build oversight

  • across move-in, show days, and move-out, serving as the central point of contact for all stakeholders

  • including RFPs, negotiations, and risk mitigation
