Vancouver International Auto Show
One of the largest automotive events in Western Canada, the Vancouver International Auto Show spans 300,000+ sq ft of the Vancouver Convention Centre each March, showcasing 30+ automotive brands and 100+ exhibitors to more than 120,000 visitors. Benchtop Events manages trade show logistics and operations across the fully sold-out show floor.
Scope of work
Trade show logistics and operations management, including move-in and move-out coordination for exhibitors, venue coordination and liaison, safety compliance oversight in partnership with the Vancouver Convention Centre, and event branding support.
